  1. Analyze: These sculptures are created by very skillful people b/c all the sculptures might look similar to each but they all have many differences if looked at closely. Ofcourse they all are arranged in rows and coloumes b/c they represent an army of a king. I just dont under stand that why many of them are placed randomly in the middle.

Interpret: Even though i know what is this about i will pretend that i am seeing this for the first time. By looking at the sculptures and the surrounding, I can say that this sculptures are made out of clay. It is a part of China b/c all the sculptures looks like chinese warriors.

Evaluate: I LIKE it b/c they are not created my one person but its a collaboration of many artists. As i said earlier all of them might look the same but they all have something that makes each one of them different.

  2. Analyze: These are sculptures in the shape of a mmilitary. They are all very realistic. There is a repetition of all the slodiers. They are human sized. They are made of either clay or cemet.
Interpret: I beleive these were made for a purpose for a chinese memory war type thimg. I believe that they were made a long time agao because that is not something really seen doen today.
Evaluate: I dont like this because of the repetition. I also dont like it because it was overdone. I also dont like it because i think it can represent a dangerous time.

  3. Analyze: There is repetition among the many people carved. The shape is human. The texture looks grainy like plaster. It is very proportional to a life size person. There is unity among all the artworks.

Interpret: I think it has something to do with history, particularly ancient Chinese history. The soldiers represent the people that have participated in wars. They look like Chinese warriors.

Evaluate: I like the detail and craftsmanship. Because the detail is so intricate it helps you connect them to Chinese culture. I like the repetition, you are not only looking at one but hundreds of them.
