This is a very nice piece of art work. Its a painting of two balletrinas dancing. It is very good but I would have to say that I do not really like it. I respect this piece but I don't really feel it. It uses a lot of texxture and design. It has a lot of lines and space. It is spaced out very bicely. The background is also nice yayayay. Its not my style but its goooooodddddddddd
ReplyDeleteAnalyze: In this artwork the artist has used different colors or different shades of the same color to create value. I can see two lines that are place in such a way to create perspective look.
ReplyDeleteInterpret: I believe that the artist is from some where in Europe: this is a ballet dance.
Evaluate: I really like this artwork: the fact that artist created perspective look, values, and lots of details.
Analyze: In this artwork the colors are mainly dull colors, mainly tans and browns. Most the lines of this picture are straight. Most objects in the painting are man made except the two human ballet dancers. Moat everything in the artwork are aligned on the diagonal in the center. There are two negative spaces in the bottom right corner and the top left corner.
ReplyDeleteInterpret: I believe that the artwork is not that old, probably between 1990's to now, due to color. I also believe that it was made just to be made, i do not see a "point" for the artwork. I do believe it was made by a male do to the dull colors.
Evaluate: I like the painting due to the texture in the painting. I also like how simple the artwork is. I dislike the dull colors used, I would have preferred a little more color variety in this artwork.
Analyze
ReplyDeleteThis piece uses realistic shapes and colours, and its balanced between negative/empty space and human figures. The textures are realistic, its smooth on the floor and fabric-y on the dresses
Interpret
I think this piece is about nothing in particular, just a nice piece. It has cool neutral colors and warm neutral colours, so I think that it was made by a male artist.
Evaluate
I like this painting because of the colour scheme, and the dark grey floor. The neutral colours look amazing with the chosen subject.
Analyze: the artist used mostly shades of brown. Its a littleoff balanced. The artist used value to add shadow and show depth.
ReplyDeleteInterpret: I think the artist was once a dancer and had a friend that she danced with. The artist probably lost touch with her friend.
Evaluate: I don't really like this artwork. Its kinda boring. Its not bad bit it just wouldn't catch my eye.
